Computer is my most important stuff. I am using computer to do lots of things:
Learning and Doing Homework! Many materials for my classes are electronic version and I need to use a computer to have access to them.
Watching movies. Some video websites are my favorite websites. I often visit those websites and check out whether there are some good movies. They are free and the quality is endurable.
Calling my family. I am using Skype to call my family in China. It is cheap (about 2 cents per minute) and works very well. You definitely should have a Skype account and try it!

Yeah, I've heard of skype but I haven't used it before. I'll have to check it out. Glad to have you in the class!
